The building, empty since 2019, is now in community ownership following a successful £460,000 share offer
Dobson Owen have been commissioned as lead consultant to work on this exciting project to redevelop Gwesty Y Tŵr, a Grade II-listed former hotel on the High Street of Pwllheli, into a unique community-owned hotel, pub and community space.
The plan is now to embark on a three-phase renovation programme to re-open the building as a pub and café/restaurant on the ground floor, community meeting and workspace on the 1st floor, with 2 floors of hotel rooms above. Design development and consultation with the community and other stakeholders and funding agencies is well underway.
